Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

A: Yes! ILÈ Cosmetics is proudly cruelty-free, and many of our products are vegan. Check individual product listings for more details.

Q: Why isn’t my gloss filled to the top?

A: All of our glosses are hand-filled by volume or weight, not by appearance. We leave space at the top to prevent overflow or leaking during transit — this is completely normal.

Q: There are bubbles in my gloss — is that normal?

A: Yes! Tiny air bubbles may appear during the hand-filling process and don’t affect product quality or amount.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage

  • 2–3 business days with USPS Priority Mail (if selected at checkout)

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer flat-rate shipping for $4.95 on all U.S. orders, and free shipping on orders over $50. You'll also see a Priority Mail upgrade option at checkout if you'd like faster delivery.

Q: Can I return a product if I opened it?

A: Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

A: Please email ileana@ilecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
