💧 Gloss Filling Notes:

Glosses are hand-filled by volume or weight.

• Air bubbles may be present — this is normal and expected.

• Tubes are not filled to the rim to prevent overflow during shipping.

📸 Intellectual Property:

All content on this site — including product names, branding, logos, and photography — belongs to ILÈ Cosmetics. Do not reproduce or reuse any materials without permission.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

🕒 Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays). Handmade or high-volume orders may take slightly longer.

📦 Shipping Options:

• $4.95 flat-rate U.S. shipping

• Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50

• Currently shipping within the U.S. only

🔍 Tracking Info:

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order ships.

✉️ Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once an order has shipped, ILÈ Cosmetics is not responsible for carrier-related delays or lost/stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly first — we’re always happy to assist you as needed.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility:

• Product must be sealed and in original packaging

• Return must be initiated within 30 days

• A receipt or order number is required

🔄 Exchanges:

Return the original item and place a new order after approval.

💳 Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is approved and inspected.
