I’m Ileana, a beauty professional, makeup artist, and salon owner with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. What started as a passion for helping people feel confident through beauty has grown into something much bigger — a space where artistry, care, and community come together.

Today, that passion lives inside what I lovingly call my ILE Empire.

From the moment someone sits in my chair — whether for a manicure, a bridal makeup application, or a special event — my goal has always been the same: to help you feel confident, polished, and completely yourself.

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients and building relationships that go far beyond beauty services. Many of the women who walk through my doors as clients eventually become friends — and that sense of connection is at the heart of everything I do.

My Why

Behind everything I do is my family.

My husband Kirk has always been my biggest supporter and the person who believed in my vision long before it had a name. Together, we’ve built a blended family filled with love and laughter.

My daughter Miranda, and Kirk’s daughters Cece and Quinn, inspire me every day with their strength, individuality, and heart. They remind me that beauty isn’t just what we see — it’s how we carry ourselves, how we care for others, and how we show up in the world.
